William Davies
Managing Director
William founded Aspect Maintenance Services Limited in 2004 along with the operations director, Nick Bizley.
Williams background is in investment banking and venture capital, and Nick has always been involved in property maintenance. The plan was to build a property maintenance and refurbishments business that broke the mould, drawing on Williams knowledge of efficient business and management processes and Nicks experience of property maintenance.
Both William and Nick saw that the property maintenance industry was one of the most poorly serviced markets in the UK. There was a significant gap for a company capable of getting a job completed on time and on budget, by people that customers felt happy to have in their home.
In his role, William is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of the business and for managing the day-to-day operations of the head office. This ranges from implementing the latest technological developments, (such as engineers operating with hand-held computers) to marketing, finance and personnel. William sees his role as being extremely broad, taking in whatever is necessary to ensure that the company continues to progress towards its goal of being the UKs leading domestic and commercial maintenance and refurbishment business.
Nick Bizley
Operations Director
Nick has spent his entire working career within the maintenance and refurbishment industry. Today, he co-runs the business with fellow owner, William Davies.
In his role, Nick is responsible for overseeing the operations side of the business, where over 15 division heads, and 100 engineers report into him. He oversees the business on the domestic and commercial sides, maximising engineers diaries, and ensuring that clients needs are met.
Given Nicks vast experience in the maintenance industry, he insists on interviewing every potential engineer the company will employ, addressing them on technical and interpersonal skills.
Prior to joining Aspect Maintenance, Nick was operations director for the maintenance company S&P Services, where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of the tradesmen and onsite engineers.

Nathan Majumdar
Sales DirectorNathan joined Aspect Maintenance in 2006, having spent the previous 10 years in sales and customer relationship roles. Nathan is responsible for all business development activity within Aspect Maintenance, and all sales personnel report directly to him.
Nathan works closely with Nick Bizley (operations director), managing a team of dedicated account managers. Nathans primary aim is to ensure that all clients are provided with the highest possible levels of service and Aspects nomination for Customer Service Business of the Year (Growing Business Awards), is an indication of how successful he has been in achieving this.
With a strong background in sales, key account management and customer services, Nathan has all the necessary skills to ensure that Aspect Maintenance continues to improve the service levels it offers to its growing client base.
