be prepared to travel throughout London. Work is mainly reactive,
although longer term planned work is also undertaken. Applicants
can expect to earn between £30,000 and £50,000
depending on the trade.

Aspect Maintenance Services is also looking to hire within its
head office function. Positions currently available
are:
- Account Maintenance Manager - an-office based role, which requires an in-depth knowledge of the industry as well as good client management / interpersonal skills and IT literacy. This position involves dealing with the day-to-day running of the engineers diaries, and having direct contact with the client base. Applicants can expect to earn between £23,000 and £30,000 with a salary and commission based wage structure.
- Book Keeper - knowledge of Sage accounts and payroll software an advantage for a wide ranging role including financial and management accounting, including reconciliations, costing and payroll.
